Abstract EN

The right of agricultural concession granted by the state to the agricultural investor in application of the provisions of the current law N°: 10-03 on its agricultural lands belonging to its private property, for a maximum period of forty years, renewable, in return for payment of an annual royalty, determined by the finance laws, according to the classification of the lands and their agricultural potential.

The concession is granted by virtue of a contract prepared and received by the state property administration, subject to real estate registration and publicity, and it ends either by a natural end, or by annulment and by administrative methods.
