Containing of this article is summered about the gusted of the environment and it considered the most important in this era for the human societies after the environment al pollution and it results become a great problem on local and international level take the interest of states because it is the most complicated problem it does not recognize the political boundaries between states and to result from this many damages a lout environment and health damage to to neighboring countries whether from water and aerobic environment which consider more spreading they must end this damage from bilateral convention or collective all this by following prevention methods to avoid the damages or remediation procedures when the damage occur.
