Abstract EN
The complexities and turbulence of the environment have driven organizations to provide good services on an ongoing basis to ensure their survival and continuity, because change in the organization has become an inevitable necessity that responds to environmental changes and future developments.
By analogy, the essence of change lies in the introduction of improvement and development to the organization, meaning the organization’s transition from its current situation to a better one, and this is clearly embodied in the re-engineering of administrative processes, which is one of the closest concepts synonymous with change, thanks to the common intersection in radical and comprehensive change.
And based on this proposition, we will try to reveal the essence of change in re-engineering through some scientific and applied practices and strategies.
