Abstract EN

This research aims to study Vietnamese strategy for the development of the industrial sector and their utilization and application in Algeria.

A descriptive and analytical approach was used regarding exposure to theoretical aspects of industrialization policies and strategies, and the Vietnamese experience was presented, in addition to diagnosing the reality of the industrial sector in Algeria.

And we reached the possibility of implementing Vietnam's industrial development strategy in Algeria by creating an economic climate to attract foreign investment, engaging in African and Arab economic blocs, and finally focusing on the textile industry – clothing and shoes, and consumer products, as it is the main sector for all countries that start the industrial take-off process.
