تناولت هذه الورقة العلمية دراسة حاضنات الاعمال كأداة لترقية المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر و تهدف الى الالمام بمختلف المفاهيم النظرية لحاضنات الأعمال و المؤسسات الناشئة و العلاقة التي تربط بينهما، ثم التطرق الى واقع حاضنات الأعمال في الجزائر.
وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها أن لإنشاء مؤسسة في الجزائر قد تدوم ما يتجاوز الشهرين و خاصة الإجراءات الإدارية عكس البلدان المتقدمة هذا من جهة، و من جهة أخرى مشكلة التمويل الربوي الذي يبقى عائقا أساسيا لدى الشباب الجزائري.

This scientific paper deals with the study of business incubators as a tool for the promotion of emerging enterprises in Algeria.
The study aims to gain familiarity with the various theoretical concepts of business incubators and emerging institutions and the relationship between them.
Then he touched upon the reality of business incubators in Algeria.
This study came to the conclusion that the establishment of an institution in Algeria may last for more than two months, especially the administrative procedures, unlike the developed countries, on the one hand, and on the other hand the problem of interest-based financing, which remains a major obstacle for Algerian youth.
