Abstract EN

The study aims to highlight the most important challenges facing strartups in general and in Algeria in particular.

Where the descriptive approach was adopted to surround the theoretical background of the enterprenariat and strartups.

The applied study was concerned with identifying the most prominent challenges that strartups face in Algeria to promote and enhance entrepreneurship.

The study concluded that the start-up are characterized by a set of characteristics and criteria that distinguish them from the rest of the classical enterprises, including small and medium enterprises.

In addition to the multiplicity of obstacles and difficulties it faces in order to ensure its sustainability and enhancement of enterprise, which requires it to address a number of challenges in all social, organizational, financial and technological levels, as well as challenges related to human resources, culture and awareness prevailing in society and among stakeholders in particular.
