In recent times, Algeria has shown great interest in supporting young researchers to establish their own small and medium enterprises through the "startups" formula, and to involve them in the path of development and economic renaissance in Algeria and strengthening the local productive machine.

This study aims to know the reality of the "startups" in Algeria by uncovering the reality of the most important components of the ecosystem of these institutions in Algeria.

The study concluded with a set of results, the most prominent of which is that the ecosystem of startups in Algeria does not provide sufficient support and the necessary accompaniment for the success of this type of enterprise.
