The current research investigates the effect of teaching vocabulary in enhancing reading among students of foreign language, namely; English.

the researcher aims to shed light on the importance of vocabulary course and its effective role to help learners develop comprehension.

additionally, this research paper focuses on the suitable methods used by teachers to teach vocabulary.

also, it highlights one of the main important aspects of language which are; reading skills and comprehension.

in this article, the researcher explains how learning vocabulary words allows learners widening their reservoir of knowledge and develop new skills to clearly read a passage in English.
