Abstract EN

Through this study we mentioned the environment in Paestine and how important it is to protect it from Israeli occupation activities, especially the negative effects on the the environment at the Palestinian territories because of the aparthied wall.

The importance of this subject theoritically is regarding the dispute if the aparthied wall was an environmental crime, and how the criminal responsibility is conducted upon the people in charge of building the aparthied wall, and practically the importance is based on establishing an advanced knowledge to all Palestinian Legal personell about the criminal responsibility regarding settlements being related to the aparthied wall which caused to a environmental crime by a settlement act that aims to the emigration of the Paestinian people and keeping the land for the Jews.
