Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of individual differences on the learning of the Arabic language for non-native students and identify the negative dimensions resulting from ignoring these differences in the learning of the Arabic language for non-native students.

The study followed the descriptive approach with a sample that consisted of (100) male and female students of the third level in the Department of Arabic Language at Gazi University in Ankara.

The study also relied on the questionnaire as a tool to obtain the responses of the study sample members.

The study came out with the following results: There was a significant degree of impact of individual differences on learning Arabic for non-native students with a significant degree of negative dimensions resulting from ignoring these differences in learning Arabic for non-native students.

The study recommended cooperation between all those in charge of the educational system to provide all requirements for the success of focusing on the individual differences between students in their learning of Arabic as a second language.

The study also recommended for teachers to take into account the learning environment that suits the individual differences between students to ensure that they learn Arabic as a second language with mastery and high quality.
