The twentieth century witnessed tremendous technological developments in various fields of life, especially in the field of administration and institutions, which made it enter a sophisticated stage within the horizons of the information age as a result of the technological explosion and the rapid and continuous change of technological discoveries.

Because technology has become an urgent necessity for institutions to race, a feature of the current era, e-management means moving from traditional work.

To e-business, these developments have imposed themselves through the use of e-management in enterprises and have become imperative in this research paper we will focus on e-management as an alternative strategy for traditional management
