Abstract EN

This research aims to enrich the jurisprudence library in the jurisprudence rules field by studying the rule "Use left if it is obnoxious, otherwise use right”.

My methodology in research was empirical and application of the rule.

This research consists of an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion: The introduction included the significance of the study and why this research has been chosen.

The first chapter: included the individual and total meaning of the rule and the importance of jurisprudential rules science.

The second chapter dealt with the words of the jurists mentioned by the jurists in their books.

In the third chapter, I explained what the jurists, may God bless them, derived this rule, from evidence.

The evidence was from the Sunnah of the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, and the consensus of Islamic jurists, may God bless them.

In the fourth chapter: I mentioned the jurisprudential sections that are included under this rule and what can be excluded from them.

In conclusion, I presented the most prominent results from this study in general.
