Abstract EN

The study of the rule of “the command to be obligatory” and the duty and its ruling, is of great importance because it is closely related to a person’s religion and judged him by faith or unbelief .so i studied this subject in a comparative, inductive, and inductive study, so i first showed the meaning of the legal text and the formula of the command.

then i dealt in the first section with the study of the fundamentalist rule of necessity and mentioned the incoming sayings and the texts of scholars aware of them.

then i showed the evidence for each of the sayings, then i discussed them for the origin of the right opinion.

then i knew in the topic the second is obligatory and obligatory according to the scholars, and it clarifies the ruling on abandoning duties in Islamic sharia.

and it reached many results, including that the matter is obligatory, which is the opinion of the majority of scholars and the most correct one among the investigators, and it showed that leaving the agreed upon and known duty necessarily prohibited, but rather a way out of the religion if it is denial or mockery, and if it is not laziness or stinginess or the like, it leads to immorality.
