إن الكثير من أقوال عمر-رضي الله عنه-ووصاياه لم تنل الدراسة العلمية المنهجية التي تستحقها على الرغم من شهرتها وأن الكتابة في موضوع بحثنا لا يتعدى الخواطر والمقالات القصيرة التي يغلب عليها السرد الخالي من المنهج العلمي المعتمد فلا تشفي الصدور.
فكانت دراستنا تمثل بعدا عميقا من خلال التزاوج بين الأفكار للمتقدمين والمحدثين.
ويهدف بحثنا إلى دراسة المسالك والمعايير التي وضعها رائد الإلهام عمر-رضي الله عنه-التي تكشف لنا عن معادن الرجال وتزكيتهم والحكم على سلوكياتهم، وهي ثلاثة المجاورة، المعاملة والمسافرة.
ويظهر البحث لنا القيمة العلمية للتلاقح بين أفكار الأقدمين وأساليب المحدثين فيما يخص الكشف عن معادن الرجال وتزكيتهم في خواطر عمر-رضي الله عنهـ، ولتوجيه الناس-ولا سيما على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي-من توخي الحذر في إصدار الأحكام على الناس بعشوائية وبدون ضوابط شرعية فضلا عن الإفادة منها في باب الشهادات والمعاملات المالية وغير المالية والتزكيات....
وقد اتخذنا المنهج التحليلي طريقا لنا في دراستنا اعتمادا على ما جال في خواطر العلماء من أفكار وتساؤلات، فضلا عن اللغة التي فتحت لنا الكثير من الأبواب المغلقة...
ثم الإجابة عنها، وما استجد في مجتمعاتنا من حوادث ومشاكل تستدعي وضع الحلول المناسبة لها.

Most notably, many of Omar's sayings and commandments did not receive the study they deserve despite their fame.
and writing on this subject does not go beyond thoughts and short articles that fail to clearly understand what is meant and what is intended, and do not heal the heart.
the study showed a deep dimension through the intermarriage between the ideas of the applicants and the modernists.
the research shows us the scientific value of the compatibility between the ideas of the ancients and the methods of the moderns regarding the detection of men’s minerals, and to show the age method in controlling many websites that praise and slander without legal controls.
we have taken the inductive, analytical and descriptive approach as a way to our research, depending on the ideas and questions that have circulated in the minds of scholars, as well as the language that opened for us many closed doors.
then answering them, and the many new incidents in our societies that require research and investigation in treasures of our great heritage to put appropriate solutions to it.
