In order to keep pace with the development that took place in the countries of the world, it was necessary to introduce this development and technology in the field of education, including e-learning, and for its importance, the two researchers decided to conduct the current study Which aimed to reveal the difficulties of e-learning facing first-stage students at the University of Diyala College of Education from their point of view, and to achieve this, the two researchers followed the descriptive approach, as a questionnaire consisting of (20) items was preparedال After verifying its validity and stability, it was distributed to the study sample consisting of (150) male and female students from the University of Diyala in the College of Education, and they were randomly selected, and the appropriate statistical analyzes were carried out using the (spss) program The results showed that all paragraphs of the tool formed obstacles to e-learning, and that there are many obstacles that lead to the failure to apply e learning in universities, including the lack of privacy and confidentiality in preserving data and information and the difficulty of dealing with professors in e-learning.

In light of the results of the study, the two researchers made a number of recommendations the most important.

Training all students in universities to use the internet and computer through training courses or workshops including e-learning axes, as well as training them to transfer knowledge through the electronic network as much as possible to achieve great benefit.
