2-Christianity has fought divorce from the beginning, but has denounced it and considered it a major sin.

The Christian clergy held the view that it is not correct for a person to separate what God has brought together, as stated in the Gospel, and that divorce is not permissible except on the grounds of fornication, and it is not permissible for another man to marry a divorced woman.

3- Divorce in Islamic law is the dissolution of the bond of marriage and the lifting of the restriction of marriage immediately and in reception, and its termination by the choice of the husband.

It is also the right of the wife in some cases, with an explicit wording or a metaphor.

Divorce is resorted to when there is a need to get rid of this bond, and to break the marriage contract, which removes the embarrassment of the spouses, and this happens when the nature and morals differ, and the conflict in the intentions occurs, and the hearts are discord, so that the soul is unable to cohabit with a person whom it hates and cannot reconcile with.

Sharia adheres to the continuity of the marital bond, and the continuation of the family on the basis of the guardianship of one of the partners in order to prevent chaos, disorder and conflict.
