This comparative study between Islamic jurisprudence and the Algerian Family Law aims at demonstrating the importance of arbitration and its role in preserving the continuation of life between spouses by resolving the dispute between them if it occurs, enabling them to restore affection and mercy in their lives and to explain the point of view of both Algerian law and Islamic jurisprudence in arbitration, as the present shows its limits, methods, and influence by exhibiting the meansused by the two rulings in arbitration between the spouses, and the effect of their ruling on resolving this conflict.
