Abstract EN

This study aims at defining the Islamic Research and Studies Centers, which have become one of the requirements of development in the Arab and Islamic countries, as these centres are the best way to deliver knowledge on Islamic issues, through the scientific publications and specialized seminars, which will increase the level of awareness among individuals, institutions and decision makers in the Islamic world, and help them to tie up the facts of the field and its theoretical framework.

The study also seeks to clarify the importance of the Internet and its characteristics and tries to identify the most important techniques and tools available on the World Wide Web, which can be used by Islamic research and studies centres to harness its achievements for achieving their goals, for being one of the most widely accepted tools, for its great spread, and the positive interaction from the millions worldwide.
