Abstract EN

This study aimed to analyze teaching by approaching competencies and the of its impact on development and evaluation leaners skills for shot put activity in the secondary phase, we first set limits for the study problem, then we did the theoretical study, and we tried through it to stand on the theoretical background by approaching competencies, as for the practical side, we tried to the quality and level of the learners in the shot put activity from the collection side as well as the disposition, in this study we relied on a questionnaire containing 21 questions that was distributed to 90 professors in the Wilaya of Constantine, after collecting the information and analyzing it statitically it became clear to us that there are differences between the masters in determining the levels of leaners in the activity of the shot put, it also clearly shows that the level of the educatel has reached the average level for both(males-female).
