After the Corona Virus - Covid 19 – has turned into a global pandemic and negatively affected global health security, it began to impose existential challenges, especially in light of the increasing number of cases and deaths.

Thus, the world is facing a new world war in terms of human and material losses, in addition to existential challenges, as the acute humanitarian and economic crisis escalates.

Accordingly, all States are obliged to review future health policies and develop strategies to deal with epidemics to ensure their national security and to preserve global health security.
