Characterized by its spread which continues to develop on a global level thanks to globalization, international economic crime represents a real challenge to the economy and to international justice, since the particularism characterizing these authors and its various forms, gives it a difficulty of identification and consequently of repression.
This is how we ask about the particularism and the impact that distinguishes this crime at the national and international level, before starting the subject with a mixed methodology encompassing the description, the history and the analysis method for conclude that a need for multinational mutual aid becomes imperative in the fight against this scourge.

Caractérisé par sa propagation qui ne cesse de se développer sur le niveau global grâce à la mondialisation, le crime économique international représente un vrai défi à l'économie et à la justice internationale, puisque le particularisme caractérisant ces auteurs et ses formes divers, lui donne une difficulté d'identification et par conséquent de répression.
C'est ainsi qu'on se demande sur le particularisme et l'impact qui distinguant ce crime au niveau national et international, avant d'entamer le sujet avec une méthodologie mixte englobant le descriptif, l'historique et la méthode l'analyse pour en conclure qu'une nécessité d'entraides multinationales devienne impérative pour la lutte contre ce fléau.
