The electronic signature is a mechanism that offers the choice of simplicity but not without security; it is now at the heart of contractual relationships; the fear of contracting parties of the virtuality of exchanges is gradually diminishing in the face of the development of security and reliability techniques.

The ordinary or literary signature have two primary roles; the identification and commitment of its author.
