Abstract EN

This article deals with police and security regulations -laws of social and econmic public order- that are necessary applicable to legal relations, that fall within the scope of their application in the disputes of private international law, whatever their nature national or international, and it aims to achieve the necessary protection for the legal system of judge community, whereas, these considerations require the application of these rules direcly; without preceding them by any research on the nature of the matter or dispute, contrary to what is used in the enforcement of the attribution rules.
