Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the efficiency of the human resources working in the Jordanian ministry of health with the Corona virus epidemic as one of the most important crises the modern world has experienced.

to achive this goal, the study used the descriptive analytical approach, the study revealed that the Jordanian ministry of health had succeeded in managing the Corona crisis, despite some errors permeated that administration.

in its conclusions, the study proposed a set of recommendations, including conducting a comprehensive institutional assessment to identify the most important gaps in the health sector in Jordan, and allocating specialized training programs in the field of critical care and infectious diseases.
