This study included an introduction to the concept of minorities language and terminology, and the definition of non-Muslims in the Islamic state, and the first topic came under the title: (rights of minorities between Islamic law and international covenants), and addressed the right of minorities to enjoy religious freedom and freedom of the colonel, the right to equality and protection from racial discrimination, the right to participate in public life.

as for the second topic, its title is: (the international community and the Muslim minority in Burma).

it included talking about Burma and the interests of major countries, glimpses of the history of Islam in Arakan, displacement and Rohingya refugees, and the international position on the issue.
