then, the new legislation clarified the obligations of the electronic supplier, and in the event of a violation, its civil and criminal responsibility and follow-up actions taken by specialized officers identified by this law and other texts are taken against it in order to inspect the violations committed and edit the records on them to adapt them and take the appropriate decision regarding them.
