the UAE bankruptcy law has introduced a new mechanism to protect commercial projects, and the scope of application of this method has extended to legal persons that are in the form of a civil company of a professional nature, this mechanism is a system that is based on saving troubled projects by restructuring its business in cooperation with the restructuring secretary therefore, this study came to shed light on how to address the solution to the problem of financial stumbling faced by the civil company of a professional nature, as this means is based on a set of procedures drawn up by law aimed at promoting the stalled project starting from its preparation and approval by the court, to the end of its implementation, nullification or annulment, and thus the question of the effectiveness of' the restructuring mechanism for civil companies of a professional nature as a means of rescuing faltering projects becomes largely a legitimate and justified question.
