تعتبر العقوبات المالية من أهم العقوبات على الجرائم الاقتصادية، حيث ترتكب هذه الجرائم بدافع الجشع والربح غير المشروع، لذلك هناك حاجة إلى التركيز على العقوبات التي تصيب الأرصدة المالية، وردع الجاني الاقتصادي وحماية الأنشطة الاقتصادية، وذلك لضمان الامتثال للقوانين الاقتصادية.
ويمكن طرح السؤال التالي: ما مدى فعالية هذه العقوبات في مكافحة هذه الجرائم؟
Abstract EN
Financial sanctions are among the most important sanctions for economic crimes, as these crimes are committed out of greed and illegal profit.
therefore, it is necessary to focus on sanctions affecting financial assets, deterring economic perpetrators and protecting economic activities, in order to ensure compliance with economic laws.
the following question could he asked: to what extent are these sanctions effective in combating these crimes?
