Raising the topic of' modern security threats, of which organized crime is one of its most dangerous axes, pushes all members of the international community to put in place various systems that protect societies from the danger of this rapidly developing threat, and Algeria, according to its geopolitical position, has imposed this challenge on it, so it has sought through the legal system to try to embody Mechanisms to combat this global phenomenon to guard against its internal and external dangers.

the importance of studying this topic lies in determining the preventive policy adopted by Algeria in the face of organized crime, especially on the borders with the countries of the Sahel, as we aim from behind that to clarify some of the legal mechanisms adopted in the fight against organized crime.
