Abstract EN

It should be noted that the difference in the methods of evaluation of scientific research, whether between sectors or institutions, and even according to levels, does not necessarily mean the difference in the criteria that determine the quality of the research according to who provides it, or who supervises it, or the work itself.

Will the standards of scientific quality in university research remain only a theoretical part that does not correspond to the reality of scientific research at the Algerian University? The Sub-questions we will try to answer are as follows: - What are the standards of scientific quality in academic research? - What is the compatibility of scientific research in academic institutions with these standards? - Does the scientific research in the Algerian University reflect the application of these standards, or is the subject matter not deprived of being only a theoretical thought taught to the students in the references related to the methodology? - What is the compatibility of scientific research in academic institutions with these standards? - The different controls established in the scientific research programs that would impose a limit of restrictions to ensure the quality of scientific research and maintain its level and the scientific degree for which is candidate? The objective to be achieved through this study is to show the consistency of scientific research with these standards and its impact on the level of work presented, while trying to find unified global research specifications that control the research process, at least in terms of form and method.

The realization of this work is related to the descriptive-analytical approach of the study in which we concluded that the quality standards in scientific research are mainly based on three components, some of which are related to the researcher, which are mixed between what is practical, and what is ethical and personal, others are related to the research itself, whether it is the methodological or objective aspect; The third component is embodied in the criteria associated with the supervisor and his position, and in the extent of his seriousness towards the research and the researcher, provided that these criteria do not constitute a constraint that hinders the creative process of the researcher, or a burden for him as much as they facilitate it.

He must approach the subject with an easy method that leads to the manifestation of quality in the work presented, whether it is theoretical or practical.
