Abstract AR
ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي منتشرة في معظم دول العالم، تخص كلا الجنسين مهما كانت خصائصهم الديموغرافية و الاجتماعية، و تمس كل المستويات التعليمية مهما كان مستوى المتمدرسين.
على هذا الأساس فقد هدف بحثنا إلى إعطاء صورة وصفية لواقع هذه الظاهرة في مختلف المستويات التعليمية، و التعرف على أسباب التسرب المدرسي حسب التحاليل الخاصة بالمنظرين الذين تناولوا مظاهر الفشل الدراسي كموضوع للدراسة، الى جانب التطرق للأسباب التي توصلت إليها البحوث الميدانية في مختلف البيئات الاجتماعية التي بحثت في هذا الموضوع.
وقد توصلنا في هذا البحث إلى إبراز أثار التسرب المدرسي على الأفراد و على المجتمع من عدة زوايا، اجتماعية كانت أو ثقافية أو اقتصادية، وقيمية و أخلاقية.
Abstract EN
The phenomenon of school dropout is a global phenomenon, concerning both sexes regardless of their demographic and social characteristics, and affects all educational levels, whatever the educational capabilities of learners.
The aim of our research is to describe the reality of this phenomenon, and to identify the causes of school dropout, according to the thinkers who discussed the academic failure, as well as to reveal the reasons that studies have reached about school dropout.
In this research, we have discovered the effects of the school dropout on individuals and society, whether social, cultural, economic ...
and ethical.
