This study focuses on the identification of the intervention mechanisms of the administration in the regulation of the professional career of the employee and of its legal consequences likely to harm the public interest.

The main objective behind them is to highlight the legal framework of these mechanisms in terms of determining employee protection, achieving the public interest, drawing the various legally determined conclusions that are effectively enshrined and proposing a alternative to that.
