Abstract EN

Because of the huge role the forests play in achieving natural balance, climate economy and social, they have become among the priorities at the international and national level for all the countries.

Many international efforts have emerged to protect the forests and prevent them to be damaged, especially after what happened at the Congress of Rio in 1992.

Their legal value whether binding or not binding, varied from conventions, declarations and action plan, as well as for the establishment not only an international legal regime for the forests but also a global consensus for the given opinions in management, conservations and ecological exploitation of all types of forests.
