Abstract EN
By the present contribution, we are aiming to investigate the relationship between the environmental law and the constitutional transition after the 2011 Revolution.
Hence, the process of writing a new constitutional text presents a basic step on the democratic transition.
The new constitution will determine the normative framework of environmental law by ensuring their protection as well as their protection as well as their protection as well as their legitimacy in a holistic or global approach.
