Abstract EN
The purpose of this study is to study the vulnerability of the area of agricultural land by ecological and economic factors.
Temperature, precipitation, CO2 emissions, and total population are the main variables in this study.
The study is carried out in three parts, the first consists of presenting the method of estimating ordinary least squares (OLS), the second is based on the estimation of vector autoregressive models (VAR), and the third deals with the Granger causality test.
Our empirical study shows that the total population and CO2 emissions are the main variables that significantly influence agricultural land.
