Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the relationship between quality of career and social responsibility, through a field study at Alioua Tourkia Health Foundation in The Municipality of Skikda.

The study adopted the comprehensive survey of the 52 employees of the foundation, including doctors, nurses and administrative workers, as well as the descriptive analytical approach, and the data from the field of study were processed using the Social Science Spss program.

Among the results of the study was the lack of a statistically significant relationship between the quality of the career and social responsibility in the multi-service clinic ALIOUA TURKIYA high with brick, in addition to the high quality of the career life, while the level of adherence to the principles of social responsibility was average.
