Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate a newly approach in foreign language learning both in theory and in practice.

Studies about mobile learning in English language do not have a place in Sudanese libraries, and they aren’t addressed by the investigators and researchers.

The research used the descriptive and analytical method and a questionnaire as a data collection tool.

The results showed that the majority of the students’ participants of the study have a mobile phone, and the most of them said that they use it for educational purposes.

Finally, the researcher recommends the Universities should have a clear strategy for implementing mobile - learning.
