Abstract EN

The study dealt with the international responsibility for violating the immunity of the diplomatic missions’ headquarters, a case study of bombing the us embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, and that in order to shed light on the responsibility that resulted in this incident.

The research problem represented in knowing the extent to which these bombings led to Sudan bearing international responsibility for the damage caused by this incident.

The paper was based on the hypothesis that Sudan was not directly responsible for these bombings, but he takes the responsibility for paying the damage and financial compensation.

And the repercussions of this bombing had negative effects on Sudan by placing it on the list of countries sponsoring terrorism and imposing economic sanctions on it.By using the historical and descriptive method and the case study method, it was concluded that the United States of America accused Sudan of helping Al-Qaeda in carrying out the bombings and considered the incident a terrorist act, and Sudan was placed on the list of countries sponsoring terrorism.

This act resulted in international responsibility and Sudan paid compensation to the families of the victims.

One of the most important recommendations is that countries should distance themselves from any diplomatic behavior that is inconsistent with international conventions and agreements.

The necessity of respecting the sovereignty of states and non-interference in the internal affairs of states.
