Abstract EN

This research deals with the cenditi^s of the components of the mujtahid, that the sch©lar of Islamic law, in understanding the Arabic language, obtain from his study of some eloquent texts and practiee it in its methods, and none ofthe fundamentalists and jurists who deeided the condition ofijtihad and advisory opinion differed that the Arabie language is a necessity that constitutes one of the components A mujtahid and the mufti’s requirements, and therefore he muSt master reading its texts, taSte its words and stu- dy its grammatical Structures based on verbal and moral clues, its rhetorical methods are manifest and creative, and acquire a good knowledge of its morphological formulas.
