Abstract EN

The study dealt with Omar bin Abdulaziz’s finaneial reforms of a very important position during his caliphate period.

He cited the days he spent at the helm ofthe caliphate that he was a finan- cial manager with distinction and his reign was distinguished by economic prosperity until the people ofZakat could not find any- one who takes their zakat.

To the foundations and rational prin- ciples to confront the financial, economic, financial and modem crises that are related to Islamic countries in general, and to Arab countries in particular, which is represented in presenting the Is- lamic curriculum in a scientific and systematic manner to Muslim rulers who are di^ant from the essence of religion, and about its application in his public life and to non-Muslims who are looking for an alternative to the multi-beneficial financial system The crisis gets rid of the research problem in an analytical scientific study of economic welfare factors in the era of Omar bin Aziz, which began through an ideal finaneial applieation, and an attempt to an- swer the moSt important financial foundations and controls that led to economic prosperity during his reign.

The study ended in this Study the historical, descriptive and analytical method.

In conclu- sion, adult financial system has a great effect on achieving social balance ,which pushes economic development to the ideal point and builds a financial policy based on the principle that everyone gets his right from the house of money.
