Abstract EN

The study aims to shed light on modern public administration as a new method in the management of public sector institutions.

It aims also to introduce governance in the public sector and its main principles as well as how to benefit from it in improving the performance of public sector institutions.

The importance of this study is highlighted in the fact that public sector institutions seek to change their management patterns in the light of the new changes that dictate the necessity of activating their economic, developmental and social role, therefore developing ways of managing their resources and improving the services provided to citizens.
