In order to help our country build a thriving community, the government has allowed local authorities to spend on different vital sectors that will enhance the community’s wellbeing.

These local authorities are working hand in hand with civil associations to maintain prosperity to all members of society and meet their needs.

It is worth noting, however, that local authorities in addition to civil associations cannot work effectively without sufficient financial support from the government.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the government's financial support to local authorities and civil associations that are currently operating in Biskra.
