Abstract EN

This study seeks to identify the organized commercial spaces as a mechanism of orption of informal trade.

For this reason the researcher used descriptive approach based on collection and analysis what the researchers wrote about the subject of books, research and studies to build the theoretical background of the study, we followed also the descriptive analytical approach, For this we started with the conceptual framework of informal trade and organized commercial spaces, this study also addressed how to orb informal trade and redistribute its practitioners in organized commercial spaces, as well as the chaotic situation of the Berahal market in Annaba.

The study concluded that this policy includes imbalances in the long-term application, especially if there is no close coordination between the agencies involved and if there has been no periodic monitoring of the spaces commercial.

In the latter the researcher developed a set of proposed recommendations.
