Abstract EN

The current research aimed to identify (a proposed training program to develop the educational and administrative supervision process in light of their administrative and technical competencies).

The current research has identified the faculty members in the morning governmental secondary schools in the General Directorate for Education Wasit Center for the academic year (2020-2021), and a community is formed.

The current research of the principals and assistants of secondary schools in Wasit governorate, whose number is (701) principals and assistants, by (203) principals (89) males and (114) females, and (498) assistants (247) males (251) females, reaching The research sample is (351) and by 50% of the original community.

The researcher used the descriptive approach in collecting data and determining its nature to suit this approach in achieving the objectives of the current research.

After analyzing the percentage (27%) for the upper group and (27%) for the lower group, then the T-test was used for two independent samples to find out the extent of distinguishing the questionnaire items.

The current research is considered valid based on this indicator, and this type of validity has been achieved through the use of the Pearson correlation coefficient.

The significance of the correlation between the degree of each paragraph and the total score has been tested and it was found that it is a function at the level of significance (0.05) and the degree of freedom (349) because the value The tabular amount (0.098) is smaller than the value of the calculated Pearson correlation coefficient, as it was found that all the paragraphs of the research questionnaire are statistically significant in the sense that all the paragraphs of the questionnaire are honest and distinguished according to this indicator.
