Abstract EN

The current research aimed to identify (the level of organizational tension according to the theory of values among the deans of private colleges from the point of view of the teachers in the province of Baghdad).

And the head of the department, they were chosen from the original community, which numbered (1132), and the researcher extracted indicators of validity and reliability of the scale.

The researcher used a set of statistical methods, including (one-sample t-test, two independent samples t-test, Cronbach's alpha equation, Pearson correlation coefficient).

The statistical package (SPSS) was used to reach the results required in the research procedures.

Deans of private colleges to reduce organizational tension were successful / The percentage of male deans of private college deans for their performance of organizational tension was higher than that of females, as well as those who had service (6 years or more) due to the accumulated experience of those who have long service in it and a good intellectual approach in ways to reduce organizational tension Organizational tension and the increase in the percentage of administrative excellence in their opinions towards the deans.
