Abstract EN

The current research aims to know Understanding the level of knowledge sharing among faculty members at the University of Baghdad.

Identify the differences in the correlational relationship of cognitive sharing among faculty members at the University of Baghdad according to gender and specialization variables The current research is based on the descriptive research method and the correlational relations and the statistical analysis sample reached (714) distributed among a number of colleges of the University of Baghdad for scientific and human specializations and for the purpose of achieving the research objectives, the two researchers built a scale to measure knowledge sharing and it was presented to a group of experts.

The research used the statistical bag (SPS) and the two researchers reached the following results.

There are statistically significant differences among the faculty members at the University of Baghdad on the scale of cognitive participation and the presence of statistically significant differences in the relationship according to the gender variable, and that the direction of this difference was in favor of female teaching staff, which He indicates that the correlationalrelationship among female teachers was better than that of male teachers, and in light of the results reached, the researchers presented a number of recommendations and proposals.
