Abstract EN

The study aimed to find out the possibility of using enterprise resource planning as an applicable approach for organizational change at PTC Yemen.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a designed questionnaire used to identify the various areas of organizational change (change in individuals, the change in administrative processes, change in operational processes, technological change, strategic change, the change in the organizational structure, the change in the organizational culture) resulting from the implementation of Enterprise resource planning in PTC Yemen.

The sample was selected using a Krejcie & Morgan table to determine the size of a known community.

(132) questionnaires were distributed aiming the users of the enterprise resource planning systems in PTC.

(113) questionnaires were recovered and statistically analyzed by using (SPSS) program.

the results of the study indicated that, the organizational change in the following areas (individuals, administrative processes, operational, technological, strategic, organizational structure, organizational culture) Occurred due to the implementation of enterprise resource planning in PTC Yemen.

furthermore, study findings indicate an overall positive reaction for individuals towards the importance of the implementation of Enterprise resource planning as an approach to organizational change in PTC Yemen.
