The research dealt with the impact of entrepreneurship Strategies on institutional excellence (a case study of a sample of entrepreneurs in the state of Khartoum).
The research problem is summarized in the main question; what is the relationship between leadership strategies and institutional excellence? The following questions arise from it: What is the relationship between creativity and institutional excellence? What is the relationship between innovation and institutional excellence? What is the relationship between risk and institutional excellence? What is the relationship between uniqueness and institutional excellence? What is the relationship between initiative and institutional excellence? It aimed to know the relationship between leadership Strategies (creativity, innovation, risk-taking, exclusivity, initiative) and institutional excellence; Identifying entrepreneurship strategies, clarifying the concept of institutional excellence, Studying the availability of entrepreneurship culture and Strategies among entrepreneurs, and knowing whether entrepreneurs rely on their entrepreneurial culture in identifying entrepreneurial concepts.
The research tested the hypotheses; there is a statistically significant relationship between entrepreneurship Strategies and institutional excellence from the point of view of entrepreneurs.
A statistic between risk and institutional excellence from the point of view of entrepreneurs, there is a Statistically significant relationship between uniqueness and institutional excellence from the point of view of entrepreneurs, there is a Statistically significant relationship between initiative and institutional excellence from the point of view of entrepreneurs.
The research used the descriptive analytical method.
The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are; The regression coefficient was proven to be insignificant, as the calculated (T) value was (0.320), which is a function at a significant level (0.751), and this value is greater than the significance level (0.05).
Entrepreneurship), the significance of the regression coefficient was proven, as the calculated value of (T) was (1.907), which is a function at the level of significance (0.066), and this value is greater than the significance level (0.05), and therefore we reject the validity of the fifth hypothesis (there is a statistically significant relationship between marketing services and culture Entrepreneurship), rejecting the existence of a Statistically significant relationship between entrepreneurship strategies and institutional excellence.
The research also recommended a number of recommendations, including; Entrepreneurs should pay more attention to the development of creativity.
Entrepreneurs should work on creating ideas that keep pace with the labor market.
The State should contribute to developing and spreading the culture of entrepreneurship among young people.
