Abstract EN

This study dealt with the overlap of the administrative jurisdiction of the Labor Office and the National Pension and Social Security Fund with regard to the benefits of workers in the public and private sectors.

To show the aspects of administrative and judicial overlap and legislative deficiencies with regard to compensation and how to address those shortcomings and the overlap between the various jurisdictions of the courts and the relevant administrative authorities.

The research problem consisted in answering the questions represented in clarifying the meaning of the administrative and judicial overlap, in addition to the effects of that overlap and the legislative shortcomings with regard to compensation.

And how to address this shortcoming and the overlap between the different jurisdictions of the courts and the relevant administrative authorities.

The research problem consisted in answering the questions represented in clarifying the meaning of the administrative and judicial interference in addition to the implications of that overlap and legislative shortcomings with regard to compensation.

To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method in the hope of reaching the scientific facts.

The study dealt with the overlap of Administrative jurisdiction and the confusion between blood money and compensation for damage and the possibility of combining them.

The results showed that there is an administrative overlap between the competencies of the Labor Office and the National Fund for Pensions and Social Security, and the existence of legislative deficiencies in the laws related to compensation.
