Abstract EN

The study dealt with the role of administrative innovation in the effectiveness of institutional performance by applying to the Kenana Sugar Company.

The study aimed to clarify the problem of administrative innovation and analyzing it and recommending it to be addressed.

The problem of the study was the weakness of the ability of the Kenana sugar company on the effectiveness of the institutional performance, because of the lack of administrative creativity.

Therefore, the problem can be shaped by the following question: What is the role of administrative innovation in the effectiveness of institutional performance at the Kenana Sugar Company? The main hypothesis was that there is a statistically significant relationship between the role of administrative innovation and the effectiveness of institutional performance.

The descriptive analytical method was applied and a questionnaire was used to collect the data, the sample was randomly taken and it was distributed to the employees of the Kenana Sugar Company, to a number of (50) person.

The study reached a number of results, including: that there is a relationship between administrative creativity and the effectiveness of institutional performance, generating ideas and participation in decision-making resulting in administrative creativity, strategic thinking helps the institution to benefit from its scarce resources, and the culture of the institution has a great impact in generating ideas and opinions affecting the effectiveness of the performance.

The study also recommended that the institution should adopt more creative ways of thinking about how to identify future issues.

The institution should rely on strategic thinking in formulating its mission and give opportunity to the employees to present their creative ideas.
